This June Bologna celebrates one of the great symbols of Italian pop culture with the ongoing exhibition dedicated to Diabolik at Palazzo Pallavicini, open from April 3 to July 20, 2025. It’s a rare opportunity to explore the universe of the legendary character created in 1962 by sisters Angela and Luciana Giussani, whose bold vision shaped a milestone in Italian comics.
Curated by Dr. Francesca Bogliolo and produced by Pallavicini s.r.l. in collaboration with Astorina, the exhibition guides visitors through over sixty years of stories, stylistic evolution and editorial innovation. Original artwork showcases Diabolik’s transformation from his earliest appearances to his modern reinterpretations, highlighting the visual and narrative elements that have made him a timeless icon.
For visitors staying in Bologna’s Locanda dell’Orsa, in via Marsala 18, Palazzo Pallavicini (Via San Felice 24) is easily reachable with a pleasant 10–12 minute walk through Via Marsala, Via Ugo Bassi and then Via San Felice.
