Locanda dell’Orsa, a guesthouse located in Via Marsala in the historic centre of Bologna, a few steps from Via Indipendenza and Piazza Maggiore, recommends the culinary experience of Fuori Porta, an osteria-restaurant that reopened its doors on Thursday 15 September.
Fuori Porta: the characteristics of the Osteria
Located in Via Andrea Costa 35/A, Osteria dell’Orsa Fuori Porta offers rich dishes of great quality to satisfy its guests as much as possible. The menu is twofold: there are fixed dishes and proposals of the week, which vary according to the time of year. All first courses are home-made in the Osteria dell’Orsa‘s fresh pasta workshop in Via Mentana. As for main courses, meat, fish and even vegan dishes are on the menu. There are also various appetisers and desserts. The important wine cellar, many of which come from zero kilometre, as do most of the raw materials at Fuori Porta, accompanies diners with great pleasure throughout the meal.
Fuori Porta: opening hours and the novelty of private parties
Osteria dell’Orsa Fuori Porta is open from Thursday to Sunday for lunch from 12 noon to 3pm and for dinner from 7pm to 11pm. The big news this year is the possibility of booking Fuori Porta for private events, such as lunches, dinners and parties from Monday to Wednesday.
